1. How Do I Place My Order?

To place an order please send an email to sales@digitalwalkerzoom.com. Please place the following information on your email.

Subject: Order

Name: Full Name
Username: If you're a member of any of the ff: forums (PhilMUG, PiPhoto), please enter state your username
Address: Address Here

Order: Please enter the items that you want to order here.

Special Requests: Please enter special requests here.

2. How Do I Pay For My Orders?

As of now we can offer to mode of payments. Bank deposit and COD (Metro Manila Customers only). After sending your orders, we'll contact you and provide the bank details.

3. Shipping

By default we will ship your orders via Air21 or LBC. Depending on the time we receive your order and the availability of the items, we will ship out the orders same day upon confirmation of payment.

If you request for COD payment. We shall contact you regarding the schedule of deliveries. Please make sure that someone is there to accept your orders. Due to the nature of traffic and other factors, we'll give a window for the delivery time.

4. Minimum Order

There's a required minimum order of 500 pesos to qualify for free delivery. If the item is below 500, we'll quote you for the delivery charges depending on the specific item.

Items can also be picked up in Greenhills. The pick-up point is near the Greenhills Shopping Center.

5. Special Requests

If you have any special needs/requests such as special pick-up days or time, or if there's any item that you're interested in but is not yet in our list of items please feel free to contact us at sales@digitalwalkerzoom.com with your concerns. We will do our best to accommodate it.
